Birdseeddecorations

Small Burlap Bags

Paint Pens or Fabric Paint and Brushes

Upholstery Needle

Twine

You will want to order your mimic drawstring burlap bags online from an online wedding supply store. You can also use mini organza bags or linen bags. You decide how rustic or vintage you want to get!

Now, lay each bag out flat on the table. Pour some fabric paint into a small cup and dip your paint brush in the paint. Use a metallic color if possible like copper or silver.

Dry brush the paint over the bags on one side. Skim the bumpy surface of the burlap to highlight the pattern.

If you are using organza, then lightly brush in a criss cross pattern to create visual texture.
